2. Data we collect and use

2.1 Easy2Cam: data stays on your device

Easy2Cam does not require an account. All photos and videos you take with stamps are stored only on your device. We do not upload your photos, videos, or stamped content to our servers. Any gallery or history you see in the App is stored locally on your device.

2.2 Permissions and how we use them

To provide the App's features, Easy2Cam may request the following permissions:

• Camera — to take photos and videos with stamps (front and rear cameras when supported).
• Microphone — to record audio when you record video.
• Location (when in use) — to add location information to your photos or videos as part of the stamp. Location may be converted to an address on your device or via system services; we do not store your location on our servers.
• Photo Library (add only) — to save your photos or videos to your device when you choose to save or share them to the photo library.

We do not read from your photo library unless a future version of the App explicitly offers that feature and you grant permission.

2.3 No facial or biometric use

Easy2Cam does not use or store your facial data for identification, verification, or biometric purposes. We do not perform face recognition or retain facial templates.

3. Third parties and sharing

Because Easy2Cam keeps your content on your device, we do not send your photos or videos to third parties for processing. We may share data only:

• If required by law — to comply with law, court order, or government request, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data retention and your rights

We do not retain your photos or videos on our servers. Any data stored on your device remains under your control. You may have rights under applicable law (e.g. access, correction, deletion). 5. Children and international use

Easy2Cam is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law (e.g. 13 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. The App may be used globally; use from outside China is subject to this policy.
