Chengdu Mahamati Technology Co., Ltd. ("Chengdu Mahamati", "we", "us" or "our") develops and publishes Easy2Cam and other applications. Easy2Cam is a stamp camera app that lets you take photos and videos with time, location, and app name stamps; all content is stored on your device.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING EASY2CAM OR ANY CHENGDU MAHAMATI APP.

We make our Apps available to you subject to these Terms of Use. Do not use the App if you do not accept them. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Privacy

By using the App, you consent to our processing of data as set forth in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is designed to be compliant with applicable data protection laws, including where relevant the GDPR.

1.2 Lawful use

You agree to use the App only for purposes permitted by (a) these Terms of Use and (b) applicable law. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding the download, installation, and use of the App.

1.3 No liability for third-party content

Chengdu Mahamati is not responsible or liable for any content accessed through the App or via third-party websites or services. You are solely responsible for your use of the App.

1.4 Updates and availability

The App may communicate with our servers or third-party services from time to time (e.g. for updates or functionality). We may stop providing the App or certain features at our discretion, without prior notice.

1.5 Prohibited use

You may not use the App to distribute spam, phishing content, or any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

2. Photo and video apps (including Easy2Cam)

2.1 Your responsibility

If the App allows you to capture, edit, or export photos or videos: you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any photo or video you provide and that your use complies with applicable laws. You must not use the App to create or support fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents. We do not guarantee that output from the App meets any particular official or institutional requirements.

2.2 Easy2Cam: local storage

Easy2Cam stores your stamped photos and videos only on your device. We do not upload or process your content on our servers. If a future version offers optional cloud or third-party features, your use of those features will be subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2.3 No impersonation or infringement

You may not use the App to generate content that impersonates another person, is defamatory, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The App and all content in or accessible through it (including interface, text, graphics, images, and software) are owned by Chengdu Mahamati, its licensors, or suppliers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, copy, sell, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it without our express written consent.

4. No warranties and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or, if the App was free, fifty United States dollars (USD 50) or the equivalent in local currency.

5. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the App shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent it does not deprive you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the People's Republic of China having jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the events giving rise to it.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time by posting the new version at this URL. Where required by law or app store policies, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Please review the Terms periodically.
